Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, kindly reach out via email within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, and I’ll guide you through the return process. Please ensure to utilize the original packaging for the return shipment. Do note, however, that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipment costs.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, I’ll initiate the refund process for the amount paid (exclusive of any customs fees or return shipping costs). The refunded amount may account for any incurred damage or usage. Please be aware that custom-made items and gift cards are non-refundable.
