Shipping Policy

Shipping fees
Orders above 100 € receive free international shipping, while orders below that amount will be charged shipping fees based on your location: 5 € for Belgium, 8 € for the EU, and 16 € for the rest of the world. All shipments are carbon-neutral.

Shipping times
Orders are usually mailed within 5-10 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination, but deliveries to the EU and USA usually arrive within ten working days. Visit PostNL for more details. Please note that the estimated delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or for pre-orders and custom-made items.

Tracking
Your shipment is equipped with a tracking number so you can check its status anytime. Check out the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your package. Your country’s postal service will handle the delivery. For example, if you’re in the US, your order will be handled by USPS.

Packaging
To ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition, I ship every order flat and package it securely in eco-friendly materials. All packaging parts are either reusable or recyclable.

Good to know
For safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of your package. Please note that any additional import taxes that apply to shipments sent outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or lost items
In the unfortunate event that your print arrives damaged, hold onto the packaging and print(s) in case photos are required for insurance purposes. Email milinoink@gmail.com and I’ll help you get a new print or a refund. If your package is lost, please get in touch with me within four weeks of the dispatch date.

I aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 business days.

Please note that prints are shipped from Belgium, and shipping times may vary based on the destination.

✦ Prints are not only crafted with love but are also packaged with the utmost care. Each print is carefully wrapped using eco-friendly materials, guaranteeing that your artwork arrives in pristine condition.

✦ To preserve the quality of your print, I recommend framing it and storing it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Avoid using acidic materials during framing, and ensure the print doesn’t touch the glass directly to prevent discoloration.

✦ Linocut is a printmaking technique where a design is meticulously carved into a block of linoleum by hand.

This carved block is then used as a stamp to create multiple impressions of the same design, resulting in unique pieces of original art called linocuts.

✦ Yes, I’m open to taking on commissions from time to time, particularly for businesses looking to add a unique touch to their branding or spaces. If you have a specific idea or project in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via email at milinoink@gmail.com

In your email, please provide as much detail as possible about your vision. I’ll review your request and get back to you promptly to discuss the possibilities.

✦ Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of my work and other commitments, I may not be able to accept every commission request. However, I’m always happy to explore creative possibilities and see how we can collaborate to bring your vision to life.
